What exactly am I booking?
A private balcony over Plaza del Ayuntamiento, which is part of a real Hotel Venecia room. You book the whole room, bathroom included, for your group only from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. It does not include an overnight stay.
Which days can I book?
Any day from 1 to 12 March 2027. The room is booked by the hour, from 1pm to 3pm, to watch the 2pm mascletà.
Do all the balconies overlook the mascletà?
Yes: all 9 balconies on offer face Plaza del Ayuntamiento, right where the mascletà is fired.
What's included in the Snack Pack?
It's included in the room price at no extra cost: crisps, mini fuet sausage, olives, nuts, 2 soft drinks or beers and 1 water per person.

How many people fit in each room?
Up to 4 people from the same booking. The price varies depending on whether you are 2, 3 or 4, and the room is booked in full: it is exclusively for your group for the whole experience.
What time does the mascletà start and when should I arrive?
The mascletà is fired at 2:00 pm. Room access is from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm: please come to the hotel reception within that time, with a valid ID.
Where is the hotel?
Right on Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 3 (46002 València), where the mascletà is fired every day from 1 to 19 March. The balconies are on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of the hotel and face the square.
How much does a balcony cost?
The price depends on how many people you are (2, 3 or 4) and on whether the day is a weekday or a weekend. You will see the exact price of each balcony on the Balconies page before paying.
Is this an accommodation booking?
No. It is the private use of a hotel room from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm to watch the mascletà from its balcony; it does not include an overnight stay.
When is my booking confirmed?
As soon as the online payment is completed. Only rooms that show as available at that moment can be booked, and you will receive the confirmation by email.
What is a mascletà?
It is a daytime fireworks show where the thunder and rhythm of the firecrackers are what matters. During Fallas it is fired every day at 2:00 pm in València’s Plaza del Ayuntamiento, from 1 to 19 March. Balcony bookings at the hotel are available from 1 to 12 March.
