Cancellation policy
Before confirming your private balcony booking, please note this is a limited-availability experience for one specific day and time window.
Non-refundable payments
The amount paid for your private balcony booking is non-refundable, regardless of the reason or notice given for the cancellation.
Changing your date
Although refunds are not available, if you need to change your booked day contact the hotel: we will try to offer another available date within the Fallas 2027 sale period (1–12 March), subject to availability of the same or an equivalent room. This may not always be possible.
If you don’t show up
If you do not arrive within your booked time window (13:00–15:00), the booking is considered used: it does not entitle you to a refund or a date change.
Cancellation by the hotel
If the hotel has to cancel your experience for reasons beyond its control (for example, the mascletà being suspended by the Valencia City Council), we will offer to change your date as soon as possible.
