Before confirming your private balcony booking, please note this is a limited-availability experience for one specific day and time window.
Non-refundable payments
The amount paid for your private balcony booking is non-refundable, regardless of the reason or notice given for the cancellation.
Fixed date and room
Your private balcony is booked for the exact date and room you chose when confirming: no changes are possible afterwards.
If you don’t show up
If you do not arrive within your booked time window (13:00–15:00), the booking is considered used: it does not entitle you to a refund or a date change.
